WHO ARE WE?
We are Phoenix French Bulldog Rescue, Registered Charity Number 1171943, a Charitable Incorporated Organisation, registered and regulated by the Charity Commission in England and Wales.
WHAT INFORMATION DO WE HOLD ABOUT YOU?
For fostering and adopting: We hold your name, address, telephone numbers and email contact information. In addition, we hold information about your home and any pets within that home, past and present. We also have information regarding your perceived experience of dog ownership.
For surrendered dogs: We hold your name, address, telephone numbers and email contact information; we may ask you to allow us to have access to your dog’s previous medical records Volunteering: We hold your name, address, telephone numbers and email contact information
WHY DO WE GATHER THIS INFORMATION?
For fostering and adopting: We gather this information because you have asked us to consider you as a fosterer or adopter for Phoenix French Bulldog Rescue. You have supplied this information to us in writing, via our website.
For surrendered dogs: We will hold this information if you have asked us to rehome a dog and you have surrendered it into our care so that dogs are traceable in the event of illegal activity/wrong-doing. This information will be gathered at the time of surrender.
Volunteering: We use your information to contact you when we need your assistance in whichever way you have said you are available; road trains, events, fundraising, vet visits
WHO MIGHT WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH AND WHY?
No one outside the Phoenix French Bulldog Rescue Team. If another party, such as a vet, requests your details, you will always be asked to make that contact yourself so that we know you consent.
SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION
All information is loaded onto our bespoke database, AniLog. This is only available to certain Team members and is password protected and backed-up externally by the provider, Innov8ive Software Ltd; This is fully compliant with GDPR 2018. Any and all paper forms submitted by you are shredded after 12 weeks.

Website forms
When you use the contact or volunteer forms on this website, the details you enter are stored securely and can only be seen by an authorised Phoenix administrator. They are used only to respond to you and, for volunteers, to process your application. A notification is sent to our enquiries inbox. We do not sell or share your details.
